We announce the appointment of Rafael Erhardt as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Erhardt Group.
Rafael, who until now served as Vice Chairman, takes on this responsibility at a special moment for all of us, continuing the legacy left by Eugenio Erhardt Oraá, recently passed, whose dedication and commitment will remain a reference for all of us.
This appointment completes the evolution of the organizational model initiated with the separation of the roles of Chairman and executive functions. As previously communicated, Eugenio Erhardt Barrenechea assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Erhardt Group on March 1, taking responsibility for managing its business units, while the Chairmanship, now held by Rafael Erhardt, will focus on strategic functions.
This new structure prepares us to face the challenges of the present and to build the Group’s future, maintaining a long-term vision while adapting to an increasingly dynamic and demanding environment.
We thank Rafael Erhardt for assuming this new responsibility. His experience and strategic vision will decisively contribute to consolidating and driving the sustainable growth of the Erhardt Group.
